You may wish to schedule your port-in request so you know more precisely when service will end with your previous carrier and begin with us.
If you would like to schedule a port request on a specific date, please do not submit your port using the call/text option as this will not allow us to schedule your port. Please contact us first at one of the following to route your request appropriately:
The scheduling process requires a manual update in our system.
- We cannot guarantee your desired due date approval.
- The due date must be scheduled at least 5-10 business days in advance.
- The maximum date in the future is 30 calendar days.
We will do our best to schedule your port and in the event we are unable to do so, we will let you know.
