Note: The above video only mentions NumberBarn but applies equally to NumberGarage.
To update your credit card from a computer:
- Log in to your account
- Click the Account top main menu item
- Find the Payment Method section
- Click the Update/Add Card button
- Save your changes
We recommend doing this through a computer though it's it possible to follow these same steps from a mobile browser.
Charges will be billed on your card moving forward.
Note: Our system only can only save one card per account. If you would like to pay for some of your numbers with one card and the rest with another, please Contact Customer Support for help moving some of your numbers to a second account.
If you run into issues entering your credit card information, here are a couple of things to try:
- Try clearing your cache on your browser and try again in Incognito mode
- If your browser or password manager is auto-filling your credit card information, try manually entering it instead to see if the result is different
