Numbers accepted for porting

We can port most wireless and landline phone numbers in the United States and Canada. We also support toll-free numbers but we do not support any other countries at this time.

Pre-paid cell phone numbers

You can port your pre-paid cell phone number. All you need is your wireless account number and PIN.  If you don't have this information, ask your current cell carrier. Keep in mind that your mobile carrier may have a wireless transfer PIN or porting PIN in addition to your account PIN. We need that porting PIN to port your number.

Please note all numbers must be in an active status to be accepted for porting. If you are unable to authorize your port request due to your number not being active, you will need to contact the previous provider of the number to activate.
