Processing a new number order

Please don't order those marketing materials just yet for your new phone number!

After you have ordered your number, we place the order with our vendor. 

The processing time can take anywhere from 2 hours for "Get it Now" numbers or 3 to 10 business days for all other numbers, to activate in your account. 

How am I notified of the order status?

• The status of your order will update on the Numbers page within your account. 
• An email will be sent to the contact on file with status alerts.
