Downloading your telephone number inventory list

For those with more than 10 telephone numbers, we offer the ability to download a spreadsheet with your entire number inventory, useful for managing numbers and quickly accessing porting information. To access this list follow these steps:

• Login to your account.
• Click Numbers
• Scroll to the bottom and look for this button titled Download Telephone Number Inventory 

This will download a CSV file for you to easily open with programs like Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, Google Sheets, or the like.

The fields included in this file will include:

• Telephone number
• Nickname
• Account number
• PIN
• City and State of the number's Rate Center
• Transfer lock - enabled or disabled

Finally, it's important to note that certain numbers may be missing account numbers, PINs, and Transfer Lock status depending on the underlying carrier the numbers are with.
