What you will need: 

1. An active phone number with a feature that uses a greeting ▶️ See Greetings Overview 📖 to check
2. A Greeting saved in the Manage Greetings list ▶️ See Add a New Greeting ⚙️

What is Assign a Greeting used for?

• Choose which greeting plays for a specific outgoing greeting, voicemail box, or menu prompt.

📋 Steps

1	From the Numbers Page, choose a phone number and, based on the plan and capabilities, go to one of the following locations: Calls, Voicemail, or Edit Menu
2	Click Select Greeting to expand the greeting picker
3	Click on My Greetings to select a previously saved greeting.
	(3a) Click on Included by NumberBarn to choose a default greeting.
4	Click on the name of the greeting to assign it for use.		➡️ The circle icon will be blue and a checkmark by the greeting name when in use for those settings.
6	Click the Save Changes button when done editing
	➡️ The name of the selected greeting will show on the phone number control panel.

Apply to All Numbers (Park only)

• Calls to this number, menu, or park message now use the greeting you selected.
