💡 What is it?
A greeting is a recorded, uploaded, or AI generated audio message that plays for callers. Create a greeting once, then assign it anywhere it fits, a voicemail box, a menu prompt, or a park message. The same greeting can be reused across multiple numbers, menus, or schedules at the same time.
