What you will need:
- An account with at least one saved greeting.
What is Manage Greetings used for?
- View, rename, replace, download, or delete every greeting on the account from one place.
📋 Steps
Open Manage Greetings
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Click on the Numbers tab | ||
| 3 | Click the Manage My Greetings button in the Account sidebar |
Filter the List
| 1 | Click the dropdown menu for All Types to filter by type of greeting | ||
| 2 | Click the dropdown menu for In Use to filter by type of currently assigned greetings |
Read the Table
| 1 | Each row shows the following: | ||

In Use |
➡️ Number of TNs or Menus that a greeting is in use for or a dash shows the greeting is not currently assigned to a phone number. ➡️ View the specific phone number or Menu the greeting is in use with by clicking on the green button. | ||
Use the Table
