🔍 Before You Begin

What you will need:

An active phone number on a plan that supports the greeting type you are creating: Voicemail, Menu, or Park Message.

Create a reusable greeting from a recording, an uploaded file, or an AI-generated message. The same greeting can be assigned anywhere its type applies: a Voicemail tab, a Park number's Calls tab, or a Menu.

Your new greeting appears in Manage Greetings and in the Select Greeting panel for its type.

1	Login to your account
2	Click on the Manage My Greeting button in the control panel
3	Click the + Add New button
4	Choose a Greeting Type
5	Enter a Message Nickname
6	Choose a greeting creation option:
	Recording ⤵️ Upload File ⤵️ AI-generated ⤵️

1	Click on the Recording button at the top
2	Click the microphone icon	➡️ Allow microphone access if prompted by the web browser.
3	While the microphone is red, it is recording. Recording is capped at 2 minutes.
4	Click the microphone icon again to stop recording.
5	Click the Save Greeting button to add the greeting to account
6	View and manage the greeting on the Manage Greetings page.

1	Click on the Upload File button at the top
2	Click the Choose file to upload button.	➡️ Select an M4A, MP3, or WAV file from your computer.
3	Click the Save Greeting button to add the greeting to account
4	View and manage the greeting on the Manage Greetings page.

1	Click on the AI Generated button at the top
2	Enter your message text, up to 2000 characters.
3	Choose a voice from the Voice dropdown. Click the preview button next to it to hear a sample before generating.
4	Choose a quality level: Default or Expressive.
5	Click the Generate button
6	Click the Preview button to hear the generated audio message.
7	When complete, click the Save button
8	View and manage the greeting on the Manage Greetings page.
