Port out to Xfinity Mobile - A Nightmare
I first started a Port out to Xfinity mobile on the 2nd of March.
After so much of back & forth between Numberbarn support & Xfinity port team support, I was finally able to get the below confirmation from the Numberbarn team on Mar 6th:
Your number has a Firm Order Commitment (FOC) of 3/12/2025! This means that by the end of the day on 3/12 your number will be with your gaining carrier.
It is 13th of March, and everything is still the same, no update from Numberbarn after waiting almost a week.
The Xfinity Port support is always on standby & almost helps right away when required. But the Numberbarn support team takes a lot of time to respond back. Maybe a dedicated voice support would make things easier.
Now I'm worried & frustrated, can anyone help please?

I just looked in on your port and do see that it completed today which is great news. For anyone else reading this, porting to Xfinity can be a bit involved. I am porting two numbers to Xfinity mobile at the same times. I bought these two numbers at numberBarn at the same time. One is immediately port out. the other one is dead end. I wrote an email every morning to number Barn and receive no response. right now, I bought another number at numberBarn and port to xifnity. expect a long battle.
