Why do I see a charge from ClearHello on my credit card statement?

What about this $1 charge from ClearHello that I didn't authorize?

As of November 2022, we are in the process of migrating our backend payment processor as well as enhancing the security of our systems. As part of this migration, some credit cards may see an authorization in the amount of $1 US. This authorization will be removed from your statement within 24-48 hours but should be much quicker.
