What you will need:
- An active phone number with Text Messaging activated
- The NumberBarn mobile app installed
- Your NumberBarn account login information
What is Send a Text Message used for?
Sending a text message allows you to start a new SMS conversation or reply to an existing conversation using your NumberBarn phone number through the NumberBarn mobile app.
📋 Steps
Option 1: Send in an Existing Conversation
| 1 | Open the NumberBarn mobile app |

| 2 | Log in to your account. | ||
| 3 | Click on the Messages tab. | ||
| 4 | Click on the conversation you want to continue. | ||
| 5 | Type your message in the text box. | ||
| 6 | Tap the Send arrow to send your message. |
Option 2: Start a New Conversation
| 1 | Open the NumberBarn mobile app and Log in to your account. | ||
| 2 | Click on the Messages tab. | ||
| 3 | Tap the Compose Message button in the lower right corner of the screen. | ||
| 4 | Enter the phone number you want to message, or select a contact from your contact list. |

| (4a) Group text can be created, by adding multiple contacts. |

| (4b) If your account has multiple phone numbers, select the NumberBarn phone number you want to send the message from. |

| 5 | Type your message in the text box and tap the Send arrow. |

Receive Replies
Replies from your contacts will appear in the same conversation within the NumberBarn mobile app.
Manage Notifications
Enable push notifications or email notifications to be alerted when new messages arrive.
