What is Configure Text Message Notifications used for?
Text message notifications alert you when new messages arrive on your NumberBarn phone number. Notifications can be received through the NumberBarn mobile app or by email.
Notification types
NumberBarn supports the following notification methods:

App Icon Badge |

| Displays a notification on your device’s lock screen or notification center when a new text message arrives. Available on Apple and Android devices. | Displays the number of unread messages on the NumberBarn app icon. Available on supported Android devices. | |
In App Badge |
Email Notification |

| Displays an unread message indicator within the NumberBarn app. Available on Apple and Android devices. | Sends a copy of incoming text messages to up to two email addresses. |
📋 Steps
Enable Mobile App Notifications
| 1 | Open the NumberBarn mobile app and Log in to your account. | ||
| 2 | Click on the settings icon in the top left corner | ||
| 3 | Click on the settings button | ||
| 4 | Click the toggle next to Push Notifications | ||
| 5 | When dot it Blue it notifications are enabled |
Enable Email Notifications
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Select Numbers | ||
| 3 | Click on the phone number you want to edit | ||
