What you will need:
- An active phone number on the Business Line service plan
- More than 1 user on your account
What are Groups used for?
- Groups allow you to forward incoming calls to multiple users at the same time. The first user to answer the call must then press one to receive the call and stop the ringing on other users' forwarding numbers.

📋 Steps

| 4 | Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a | ||
| 5 | Select the Group option | ||
| In the field presented, enter the name of this group you are creating. (If you have previously created a group, it will be available here to select) | |||
| 6 | Select the chek box by the users to add to the group | ||
| (You'll need to add your users first) A group can contain a single user or multiple users. You can also click "Edit" next to a user to edit their settings. | |||
| 7 | Choose a Call Screening Option | ||
| Use default or create a call whisper message | |||
| 8 | Click Save Changes |
✅ What's Next
All calls will now be forwarded to your group, ringing all members simultaneously.
- Be sure to go to Account and then Users to ensure that a call forwarding number is entered for each team user.
- Click Edit next to each user to update their settings quickly
- Sending calls to a group can also be a part of a menu keypress or added as a function of a schedule.
