- An active phone number on a Business Line plan
- Configure calls to send to a "Menu"
- See Advanced Menu Overview ๐ for details
What are Advanced Menus used for?
- Configure keys 0-9 to send callers to a user, group, voicemail, or audio message.
- Allow callers to press a key on their keypad to reach the information they need.
- Each key press can have a different configuration from the list of options
๐ Steps
Configure Calls to Send to Menu

| 2 | Select Numbers | ||
| 3 | Click on the number you wish to edit | ||
| 4 | Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a Menu |
Add Menu
| 1 | Click Add Menu button | ||
| 2 | Add Menu Name for new menu | ||
| 3 | Add Greeting to Play from the dropdownlist | ||
| 4 | Add a Message |

Add Greeting from List
| 1 | Choose Message from the dropdown list and click Save Menu | ||
| 2 | Click Save Menu to add greeting to Menu |
Add New Greeting
| 1 | Choose Add New Message from dropdown list and click Add button | ||
