What you will need:

1. An active phone number on a Business Line plan
   • See Change Service Plan 🛠️
2. Configure calls to send to a "Menu"

What are Advanced Menus used for?

• Configure keys 0-9 to send callers to a user, group, voicemail, or audio message.
• Allow callers to press a key on their keypad to reach the information they need.
  • Each key press can have a different configuration from the list of options

📋 Steps

Configure Calls to Send to Menu 

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers
3	Click on the number you wish to edit
4	Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a Menu

Add Menu

1	Click Add  Menu button
2	Add Menu Name for new menu
3	Add Greeting to Play from the dropdownlist
4	Add a Message		Two options ⤵️ Add Greeting from List Add New Greeting

Add Greeting from List

1	Choose Message from the dropdown list and click Save Menu
2	Click Save Menu to add greeting to Menu

Add New Greeting

1	Choose Add New Message from dropdown list and click Add button
2	Add Message Name
3	Add Greeting

4	Click Save Menu

Manage Greetings

1	To manage your greetings go to Numbers and click Manage My Greetings
2	Here you will see all greetings associated with your account. Click Rename to change the name of your greeting for easier identification.  Click the icon to delete a greeting. Note that you will receive an error if the greeting is still in use somewhere on your account.

Configure Key Presses

1	From the Configure Menu pop-up edit key presses
2	Click drowpdown for On key press, send call to options
	Key Press Options ⤵️
	Disabled
	User Calls are forwarded to a specific user in your account
	Group Calls are sent to a group of your users, ringing them simultaneously until the call is answered. See Configure Groups (Simultaneous Ring) ✍️
	Message Play an audio message you can upload. We accept M4A, MP3 or WAV files. If you select this option you will see another dropdown for "Play message, then" where you can Hang up, Repeat the Message, or Repeat Menu Message which returns the caller to the main menu. See Configure Messages ✍️
	Voicemail Send callers to main account voicemail for the phone number See Configure Voicemail ✍️
	Repeat Message Repeats the main menu message for the caller
3	Click Save Menu
