- An active phone number on the Business Line service plan
What are Schedules used for?
The schedule feature allows you to route calls one way during a certain set of days and hours and route them another way after hours or during "off" hours.
📋 Steps
Add a New Schedule

| 2 | Select Numbers | ||
| 3 | Click on the number you wish to edit | ||
| 4 | Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a Schedule | ||
| 5 | Click Add Schedule to create a new set of hours (If you have previously created a schedule, it will be available here to select) | ||
| 6 | Use the Configure Schedule pop-up to create your ON and OFF schedule hours | ||

| 7 | Click Save Schdeuld when done editing |
Configure Call Routing for a Schedule
| 1 | Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a Schedule and choose a Schedule from the list | ||

Choose where to send call during available & off hours from the dropdown list. Each option on the list will route calls to how you currently have those features set-up independently |

Optional: Click Use After Hours Voicemail Message to create a seperate message for this reason

✅ What's Next
- Calls to your NumberBarn business line phone number will be routed based on the schedules ON and OFF hours and follow the selected options.
