Call forwarding is the act of transparently forwarding a call from one phone number to another active phone number. Forward your calls to any U.S. or Canadian number.

Service Plans
- Every phone number with NumberBarn needs a service plan. A forward plan allows for the number to be used for making and receiving phone calls.
- Update your forwarding number anytime, and changes take effect instantly.
- Callers wonβt know their call is being forwarded.
Minute Usage Calculation
- Minute use is calculated for the entire duration of your inbound or outbound call, including the time it forwards to the outside number until the time you hang up that call.
- Minutes are also used while your account's Voicemail Greeting plays for callers, and the length of any voicemails your callers leave.
- Minutes rest every month on your account billing date (see Billing Overview)

Advanced Forwarding Features
Unlimited Plan Usage
Call forwarding plans marketed as unlimited are intended for normal business and personal use and remain subject to NumberBarnβs Acceptable Use Policies.
Usage that falls outside of these policies may result in service restrictions or disruption to some or all call forwarding functionality.
Additionally, call forwarding services include limits on concurrent inbound calls. Accounts requiring a high volume of simultaneous calls may exceed the intended use of the service.
