💡 What is it

A Menu (or auto-attendant menu) allows you to set up to 10 call-handing actions that correspond to the keys on the phone keypad (0-9).  Greet callers with your custom voice prompts that instruct them to press a key on their keypad (similar to an extension) to reach a department, person or message: "Press 1 for sales, 2 for support and press 3 for all other inquiries."

Key presses can be configured to forward callers to:

• A phone number
• Voicemail
• Repeat Outbound Message

Required Menu Setup

• Using the menu requires an outgoing message to be played when a caller dials your number. The menu will not function without it.
