1. An active phone number, one of the following plans:
   1. Forward or Unlimited Call Forwarding
   2. Business Line
   3. Park + Voicemail 
2. Voicemail transcription enabled
   1. Every plan that includes voicemail automatically sets voicemail transcription to "ON"; if manually turned off, it must be enabled.

What are Voicemail Transcriptions used for?

• Quickly read your voicemail messages with the Voicemail Transcription feature, included across all plans with voicemail and an active number. 
• Transcripts make their best attempt to transcribe the voicemail message

📋 Steps 

Disable Voicemail Transcriptions

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers from the top menu bar
3	Select the 10-digit phone number
4	Click Messages from the tabs
5	Click the grey toggle next to ON
6	Voicemail Transcripts are disabled when OFF is showing.

• No longer view voicemail transcriptions for a specific phone number.
