Do you offer a virtual fax service?

We do offer a virtual fax plan through NumberBarn where inbound faxes are delivered in PDF format to your email address. This plan includes 200 faxing minutes per month and costs $4 per month with additional minutes costing $0.03/minute. You can also send and receive text messages using this plan.

Note that this plan only offers the INBOUND receiving of faxes. We do not offer OUTBOUND faxing on any plan at this time.

There are some more things you need to know:

• Once a number is configured for the fax plan, it can only be used for faxing. It can't also be used to receive inbound calls or place outbound calls.
• As a rule of thumb, each page of a fax is approximately one minute. So a 5-page fax likely uses 5 minutes, for example.
• Faxes are sent to the email within your NumberBarn account.
• To retrieve your faxes from your NumberBarn account:
  • Log into your NumberBarn account.
  • Click on the "Call Logs" tab at the top of the page.
  • If you have multiple numbers, select your fax number from the "All Numbers" drop-down box.
  • There will be an incoming call for each inbound fax. To the right of the "Mins" column is a download icon. Click on that icon to download your fax.
