Embedded Search Tool
NumberBarn’s embedded search tool gives you an opportunity to put the world’s largest marketplace for local and toll free numbers on your own website. By adding a bit of code to your existing web page, visitors to your site can search and purchase phone numbers, earning you a commission.
IMPORTANT: After the initial purchase, customers are managed and supported by you in your NumberBarn account. Their initial purchase is charged to their credit card. Afterwards you will be accessed their monthly fee to your NumberBarn account. You will have to collect these fees from your customers. This gives you the ability to price your own services, maintain a monthly revenue and customer base.

How to Use the Embedded Search Tool
- In your Vendor Dashboard, click on "Tools"
- Click on "Embedded Search"
- Follow the instructions to copy and install the code needed to embed the search.
You will earn a 50% share of the profit on each sale through the embedded search tool.
(The sale price - NumberBarn’s cost = profit)
$50 sale - $10 NumberBarn cost = $40 profit : your share is $20
NumberBarn’s cost will vary, depending on our vendor. Cost will be displayed for each sale in the Sales tab in your Vendor Dashboard.
Personal Number Sale
If a sale of one of your own listed numbers is completed through the embedded search tool, you will receive the standard 75% commission payout and NumberBarn will get 25%.
Billing & Payments
Your customer pays the initial setup fee for the number through NumberBarn’s payment interface in the embedded search tool. Their credit card will be billed and the details will list your billing details as set in your Embedded Search Widget settings.
Monthly Service Fee
Each resold number in your account will incur a monthly fee for our Park service. The first fee will be accessed on your next account billing date.
You will be assessed this monthly service fee for all resold numbers in your NumberBarn account that are active. You will pay the monthly service fee for all resold numbers, exactly as you are paying your NumberBarn account fees today.
You are responsible for collecting the monthly service fee for your resold phone numbers from your customers if you wish to recoup this cost.
Changing Customer Plans
It will also be up to you to decide if you wish to allow customers to use call forwarding plans. You will need to manually configure forwarding settings for each number as your customers will not have an account to log into.
After a sale is completed, an email will be sent to your specified email address. You are responsible for contacting your customer about the sale, any follow up information, billing and number plan/setup information. The email address we will use to send sale notifications will be the “Your Company Email” entered in the Tools tab of your Vendor Dashboard.
This maximum price limit will define the price cap at which a number can be purchased through the tool. The cap for this is $2500. You are able to set it for $2500 or any amount below this. No entry will set it to the default of $2500.
Resold Customer Accounts
You will control and support all resold numbers in your personal NumberBarn vendor account. Your customer will not have an account log in and will have to communicate with you to setup and/or get information to port out their phone number.
- Resold numbers will be shown in the NumberBarn Vendor Dashboard (TBD)
- Resold numbers will also be shown in the main numbers view of your NumberBarn account
Customer Support for Resold Accounts/Numbers
Resold customers are supported by you. NumberBarn does not do direct support for any of the customers who have purchased a phone number through the embedded search tool on your personal website.
If there is an issue with a number, you can contact NumberBarn support through currently available channels.
Resold numbers will be shown in your Vendor Dashboard Sales tab and be noted as such.
Payout for all commissioned sales is through PayPal.
