🔍 Before You Begin
What you will need:
- An active phone number in your NumberBarn account on the Forward or Unlimited plan
- Configure calls to send to a "Menu"
What are Basic Menus used for?
- Configure keys 0-9 to send callers to a phone number or voicemail
- Allow callers to press a key on their keypad to reach the information they need.
- Each key press can have a different configuration from the list of options
- The forwarding numbers can be different or the same phone number for each key press option

Add Menu

✅ What's Next
- Callers will be routed to hear the outbound message greeting
- They can choose a key press option,
- Once the option is selected (pressed), the call is routed using the configured settings
- If forwarding to another phone number, the call will route based on that phone number's specific settings
