- This information is used to verify that you are the authorized owner of the number and to submit the transfer request successfully.

Port In Information
| Item | Additional Information |
| 10-Digit Phone Number | The exact 10-digit phone number you want to transfer into NumberBarn |
| Account Number | The account number with the current/losing carrier you are paying to keep the number active |
| Service Address | The exact service address listed with the current/losing carrier. Most address are Homes, Aprtments, or buisness fronts. P.O. Box are not accepted in our system. If that is all that you have, use the following format: 123 PO BOX

| PIN | Required for ALL wireless numbers and some wireline/landline numbers, ask your carrier for this information if not known |
| Copy of Bill | (COB) must be dated in the last 30 days. A digital copy is perfect, a scan, or picture works. A screen-capture of your online account, showing the phone number you are porting, your name and the date. |

Information Must Match Exactly
All submitted details must match your current carrierβs records exactly, including:
- Authorized user name
- Address formatting
- Account number
- PIN
Even small discrepancies can cause delays or rejections.
Wireless Numbers Often Require a Special PIN
Many wireless carriers require a specific:
- Transfer PIN
- Porting PIN
- Wireless Transfer PIN
This is different from your normal account PIN.
If your request is rejected for PIN mismatch:
- Verify the correct transfer PIN with your carrier
- Check whether the PIN has expired
- Confirm your line is unlocked for transfer
