- A phone number listing that displays a Make an Offer button
What Make an Offer is used for?
Make an Offer allows customers to negotiate the purchase price of certain phone numbers listed in the NumberBarn Marketplace.
Only numbers displaying a Make an Offer button are eligible for negotiation with the vendor selling the number.
โก๏ธ If a listing does not display a Make an Offer button, the displayed price is firm and cannot be negotiated through the marketplace.
๐ Steps
| 1 | Search for a Phone Number | โก๏ธ Look for the Make an Offer button on the listing. | |
| 2 | Click the Make an Offer button | ||
| 3 | Add an Offer Price in the box | ||
| 4 | Add Account information or Log in to your NumberBarn account. | ||
| 5 | Add & Authorize a Payment | โก๏ธ A hold for the amount of your offer will be placed on your credit card. If your offer is declined, this hold will immediately be released. | |
| 6 | Wait for the Vendor Response, check your email to see a response: | All steps have a 24-hour timeframe applied. | |
| Rejects Offer | The broker has 24 hours to reject the offer. A new offer can be submitted after 24 hours. | ||
| No response | If no response is made by the broker in 24 hours, the order is cancelled. | ||
| Counters Offer | The buyer has 24 hours to accept or reject the counteroffer. | ||
| 7 | Complete the Purchase | ||
| Accepts Offer | The broker has 24 hours to accept the offer. If accepted, the order is placed and the purchase is charged. |
