📌 Things to Know
Calls Use Your Plan Minutes
Calls to a NumberBarn toll-free number don't carry an extra charge. They count toward the account's normal minute allotment.
International Callers
Whether someone outside the US and Canada can reach a toll-free number depends on the caller's carrier. NumberBarn doesn't block these calls, but can't guarantee they connect. If international callers need to reach you, pair your toll-free number with a local number.
Toll-Free Numbers in the Brokerage Program
Toll-free numbers can be listed for license, not for sale.
Porting Away
Toll-free port aways need an authorization step and may need manual approval, so they can take longer than local numbers.
