What You Will Need

• Access to log in as an Account Admin
• A credit card, either the card saved on the account or a different card

What Is International Credit Used For?

International credit pays for forwarding calls to international destinations that carry a per-minute rate. Add credit to the account before forwarding to those destinations.

📋 Steps

Add International Credit

1	Login to your account
2	Click the Account tab and click Profile to open Account Settings.
3	Expand the International Forwarding section.
4	Select an amount under Choose an amount to add: $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, or $100.00.
5	Click Purchase Credit. The button shows the amount after you select one. The Add International Credit window opens.
6	Choose the saved card, or choose to pay with a different card. If no card is saved, enter the card details.
7	Click the payment button for the card.
8	Complete the card verification when it appears.
	➡️ The message "International credit added." appears when the payment completes.

Check the Credit Status

1. Click the Account tab.
2. Click Profile.
3. Expand the International Forwarding section.
4. Review the credit status.

Add More Credit

Repeat the steps in Add International Credit at any time. New credit adds to the current balance, and the balance carries over with no expiration.

✅ What's Next

• The credit is added to the account after the payment completes. Billing History shows two rows for the purchase: International calling credit, and the card payment.

• A Now confirm your number message appears with a Go to My Numbers link. Check that the number is set to forward internationally and that the destination is correct. International forwarding to destinations with a per minute rate now works.
