When submitting a port-in request, it's critical that your name, address, account number, and PIN match the information given to you by your current carrier.
Did you make a mistake? If so, no problem! Here's how to edit your request:
- Login to your account
- Click Numbers and click on the number you want to edit
- Click Edit Order and make your changes
- Click Save. The order will be updated
