If you don’t have a copy of your bill, we have other options. We can accept one of the following in its place to authorize your porting request:
- A screenshot of your online account, making sure to include your phone number, name, and any other identifying account information
- An order confirmation for your number purchase
Gather up your autographed Letter of Authorization and your recent Copy of Bill, screenshot, or order confirmation then email it to us over at support@numberbarn.com or support@numbergarage.com. We’ll then review and submit the documentation along with your port request. If we have any questions or need anything else from you, we’ll let you know through that email.
It can take up to 10 business days for the port to complete to your account and we’ll notify you via email every step of the way.
