If you don’t have a copy of your bill, we can take one of the following:
- A screenshot of your online account, making sure to include your phone number, name and any other identifying account information
- An order confirmation for your number purchase
Gather up your autographed Letter of Authorization and your recent Copy of Bill, screenshot or order confirmation then email it to us over at email@example.com. We’ll then review and submit the documentation along with your port request. If we have any questions or need anything else from you, we’ll let you know through that email.
It can take up to 10 business days for the port to complete to your account and we’ll notify you via email every step of the way.
