If you don’t have a copy of last month's cell phone bill to upload because your account is too new or you're using a prepaid service or you're uncomfortable sharing billing information with us, we have other options. You can authorize your request by phone or we can accept one of the following to authorize your porting request:
- A screenshot of your online account, making sure to include your phone number, name, and any other identifying account information
- An order confirmation for your number purchase
Please note that we cannot accept credit card or bank statements.
Gather up your recent Copy of Bill, screenshot, or order confirmation. Then, log into your account and click on the number you want to authorize under the "Numbers" tab. The option to upload a COB is in the bottom right corner of the number menu. We’ll then review and submit the documentation along with your port request. If we have any questions or need anything else from you, we’ll let you know through that email.
It can take up to 10 business days for the port to complete to your account and we’ll notify you via email every step of the way.
