We received a port out request to transfer your number (424) 485-0505 to another carrier. This request was rejected due to the following reason: Account is pending disconnect.
If your port out request was rejected because your account was pending disconnect, that means there's a pending action on your number that needs to be addressed.
In most cases, you can sign in to your account and pay your bill. Then resubmit your porting request with the same porting information you originally used and it should go through. You will not need a new account number or PIN.
