Good news! As long as your account is current and in good standing, it doesn't matter what plan you keep your numbers on! Numbers of our NumberBarn and NumberGarage plans, including the Park plan, are active and eligible to port out to a carrier that can support them.
Maybe you're having trouble porting your number away. Your new service provider may have called your phone number, heard the outgoing Park message, and assumed that was the problem. Good news!
