💡 What is it?
Account number and PIN are found in your NumberBarn account. Known as Port Away credentials, like account number and PIN, your new carrier needs to transfer your phone number from NumberBarn to another provider successfully.
These credentials are sometimes referred to as:
- Porting Information
- CSR (Customer Service Record) Information
- Port Out Details
- Transfer Credentials
Your new provider will use this information to verify ownership of the number and submit the port request.
Port away credentials may include:
- Account Number
- PIN
- Billing Telephone Number (BTN)
- Authorization Name
- Service Address
- Carrier Or Resp Org Information
If any information is entered incorrectly, your port request may be delayed or rejected.

Finding Your Port Away Credentials

NumberBarn Numbers are Classified as Wireline
Your new provider may ask whether the number is:
- Wireless
- Landline
- Wireline
NumberBarn numbers are classified as landline/wireline numbers.
