💡 What is it?
The Billing page in your NumberBarn account shows all charges, fees, and plan activity for your account. This article explains how billing works, what appears on your bill, and how your billing date is determined.
⚙️ How it works
How Auto-Pay Works
NumberBarn automatically charges your card on file on each number's billing date. There is no need to log in and pay each month. You can update your card at any time from within your account.

Billing Dates
Your billing date, also called your anniversary date, is the day each month when your number renews, and your card is charged. It is set based on the day your phone number activated on your account.
- Ported number: Billing date is the day your port completed, and the number was activated
- Purchased number: Billing date is the day the number was activated
Each number can have its own billing date if they activated on different days. If you'd like all numbers consolidated to the same billing date, contact our support team.
Multiple Numbers, Multiple Billing Dates
If you have numbers that activated on different days, you may see charges on different days of the month — one per number, per billing date. This is expected behavior and does not mean you're being billed twice for the same number.
Billing Periods
Your billing period determines whether you are charged monthly or annually. The annual billing option is available for the Park plan only.

📌 Things to Know
Why You May See Multiple Charges Close Together
If a scheduled payment was declined, NumberBarn will attempt to charge your card again approximately one week later. This does not change your billing date; your next payment is still due on your original schedule. This can result in only 2–3 weeks between a late payment and the next regular charge.
Changing Your Billing Date
Billing date changes are handled by our support team. Contact support with your request.
Invoices
When you download a billing period from the Billing page, the file is called an Invoice. It includes your billing address, a summary of all charges and taxes, and your ending balance.
